Chapter 58 : What Camp? Red Camp 9 (Part 2 to Poly Visits in January)

Just last week I attended Red Camp 9 and I'm usually a wallflower and wallflowers would find these kinds of camps boring or they wouldn't like it, but I can tell you that I had a great time ( no I was not bribed by Ngee Ann to do this post ) After attending Red Camp, the more I want to get into Ngee Ann next year.

What better way than to know more about my future school other than attending Red Camp 9!

As part of the Spartans group, we were brought to the School of Business and Accountancy first! Was really excited because the lecture that was briefing us about business courses was actually a Year 3 Accountancy lecture! As many of you know, my interest and passion is accountancy, so anything and everything accounting related sort of gets me hyper.

We got to see how they use liquid nitrogen, chemistry freaks would have totally enjoyed this mini lecture.

Overall, Red Camp 9 was really awesome, met a lot of people from Ngee Ann as well as other secondary schools who completed their O level, its really a camp for those who want to socialize and at the same time get to know more about each of Ngee Ann's courses. After Red Camp, I can certainly say that Ngee Ann has to be my school next year, one way or another.

Chapter 57 : Botanic Gardens

It was about a week ago since I took these pictures, haven't had the time to update because I've been busy lately with Prom and Red Camp, which will be two separate posts to be coming soon as well! Went to Botanic Gardens early in the morning to have a little "me" time with nature before going to try on my contact lens.

I've never seen a Swan up close before!

Heartwarming to see parents bringing their kids along to Botanic Gardens to expose them to nature on a weekend.

I don't know what they were doing, I really don't.

Chapter 56 : I'm back!

I'm back! The 'O' Levels have officially ended (not really, just waiting for the results in January 2013) 

 

This means I'll get to blog more often with the amount of free time I have on my hand to spare.

Chapter 55 : Last Day Of School

Last Friday, 28 September 2012, marks the last day of school (unofficial). However, it doesn't mean I don't have to return to school, there's still school for the next two weeks before the O levels but it's the end of the normal curriculum where we reach school at 7:00am and end at 2:20pm. I won't be updating for the next couple of weeks or maybe my next post will be after O levels. It was a great journey despite the setbacks I've faced this year and I know next year is going to be 10x more awesome!

My schedule for the next one and a half month is also on top for you to see how busy I'll be with school and preparation for O levels. I'm just hoping to reach 9 November where I'll finally be free and there's Glee to watch and it'll also mark the start of my Voluntary Work at _______________, you'll find out when we get to that date.

I'm just confused, I can't make up my mind, it's not only a decision of my mind but my heart. My heart says no but my mind asks me to consider. It's like I'm at a crossroads, it may seem like a simple decision to others but I feel rather pressurized, I can't give an answer immediately, I need more time. For the past half year I've been more or less independent, it's just too ridiculous to suddenly accept the change when I already got used to a life like this. I just hate the idea of dragging an anchor from my past to the bright lights of my future. I honestly don't see this going anywhere anymore.   Just a rather off topic chapter today, sorry if I bored you out, look forward to my future chapters though!  

Chapter 53 : It's September!

I can't believe that it's September already, which means it'll be like much closer to O levels! What does September mean to me? Oh, nothing much really, just that my BIRTHDAY happens to be in the month of September. I still remember that 1st September 2011 was the release of Glee The 3D Concert Movie in Singapore and I caught it first on 31st August at Golden Village. I still remember during the September Holidays it was the week where I went for the N.E.mation as an Ambassador and preparing for my first N level paper, Social Studies.

This was the song I listened to every 1st September, I don't know why but I guess it's because I don't really know any other song that has the word September in their title. Just a short post, nothing fancy, till my next post. Here's to a great month ahead! *Cheers with myself*
